Colorama
customer story
Introduction
Problem
Shared purchasing power is one of the immediate and obvious advantages when building a chain, but as a member-owned chain there are many obstacles to overcome. One of the biggest lies in pushing through centrally coordinated programs, which for a centrally owned chain is rarely a problem.
Creating a store network of individual stores, with their own history and locally rooted brands and their own systems and routines, requires a very high level of cooperation, clarity and communication. So with over 1,000 employees from Ystad to Kiruna, Colorama was fully aware that effective internal communication and a common platform for collaboration would be critical to the chain’s success.
Solution & Impact
With integrations with reporting tools, business systems, e-learning and other third-party systems, the stores can now also quickly access all the tools they need in the common platform.
